Payment Settlement Offer
Offers to settle an outstanding balance are based on multiple factors, including the age of the account, the principle balance, and interest or fees, if applicable, as determined by the original creditor. Upon making a settlement payment, consumer's account will be updated to reflect a settlement status, and the transaction will be reported to the original creditor. FAMS is not obligated to extend or renew this or any other offer to settle balances.
